Classification never confirms bank settlement or cargo release. Work creation requires human classification review. One work item per message prevents duplicate routing. Routed attachments retain their source message and evidence; receiving modules still require their own approval. Escalation is manual, not a running scheduler.
No Gmail/Sheets/Forms sync or WhatsApp API access. Group ingestion is not assumed available; authorized manual exports require client review. Retention dates and SLA thresholds are illustrative, pending client policy.
